About Vesta Firestopping, Inc., Homeco Insulation, Inc. and R&J Insulation, Inc.
August 2011
Homeco Insulation sponsored the Minnesota Military Family Foundation Second Annual Golf Classic. Because of the team’s “heavy hitter”, Ron, Team Homeco was kept out of last place. The MMFF is a community-supported organization who seeks funds to financially support deployed Minnesota military personnel, their spouses, and children with grants during times of extraordinary financial hardship.
June 2011
Homeco & R&J hosted an Employee Appreciation Fishing Trip at the Twin Pines Resort on Lake Mille Lacs. Fun was to be had by all until the winds picked up and the anchor got stuck. With the quick thinking of our crew, they freed the boat from the anchor (marking it with a life jacket) and got back to shore safely. Topping the list for largest fish was Larry, smallest going to Dan, with the first and most fish going to Blake. Dan also won the fish poker hand. Homeco Insulation supported the event as a Silver Sponsor to help support young women entering the construction industry. The AWC has awarded over $60,000 in scholarships to date!
April 2011
Tammy Sundby with GTS HVAC hosted a night at the Xcel Energy Center for a Wild Game. Since I had never been to a hockey game before, Tammy graciously showed me the ropes teaching me the game as they played and by the end of the night, I was hootin’ and hollerin’ right along with her. Many thanks to Tammy for a fantastic night out!
December 2010
The crew from Adolfson & Peterson Construction joined us for a bird hunt at Wild Wings of Oneka during a chilly day in December. We kept warm trying to keep up with the dogs and running plenty of shells through our barrels. When the smoke cleared, we had plenty birds and stories to share.
June 2010
Homeco was featured in the SprayFoam Spotlight, June 2010 issue of SprayFoam Magazine
The article highlighted our expert installation of polyurethane foam at the Minnesota Gopher’s TCF Bank Stadium.
