Donna Gulden (Owner)

Donna Gulden knows the insulation business! She grew up working in her parents’ business and went on to become owner of Homeco Insulation and R&J Insulation. Donna learned many lessons about operating a successful business from her parents. She is the driving force behind the core values of the firm: honesty, integrity, customer service and quality.
Donna has successfully built on her parents’ vision in the past 12 years. She has launched Vesta Firestopping to meet the diverse needs of their customers. Donna has built a high-quality team by focusing on values, experience and training. Her commitment to customer satisfaction is apparent in every project.
Donna is a 3M certified installer of proper installation procedures for Penetration Seal. She is a member and past board member of the Association of Women Contractors. Donna enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time outdoors.
Greg Gulden (Owner, Project Manager)

Greg Gulden has built an impressive base of insulation and firestopping knowledge over the past 12 years. He readily shares that expertise with project managers and architects who are trying to overcome design issues or resolve project concerns. Greg’s approach to projects is based on “doing it right the first time”.
Greg enjoys building relationships as the primary sales person and manager of field operations. He proactively and collaboratively addresses any concerns that arise in the field. Greg ensures that installations meet the quality expectations.
Greg is a 3M certified installer of proper installation procedures for Penetration Seal, Through Penetration, Flexible Wraps and Construction Joints. Greg is also the President of Mud Duck Boat Company, Inc. He enjoys hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.
Donnie Stevens (Estimator, Project Manager)

Donnie Stevens brings 17 years of insulation, firestopping, project management and field experience to every project. His expert knowledge is reflected in his roles of estimating, material management, customer relations and project management.
Donnie applies his knowledge in the planning process to ensure each project has a well thought-out execution plan. He serves as the point of contact for coordinating with field personnel and other trades. Customers appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to do what it takes to make a project successful.
Donnie is a 3M certified installer of proper installation procedures for Penetration Seal, Through Penetration, Flexible Wraps and Construction Joints. He enjoys spending time with his family playing sports, hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.
Kristie Harrer (Administrative Assistant)

Kristie Harrer utilizes her 17 years in the construction industry to successfully manage administrative functions for all three firms. She is committed to providing excellent customer service and enjoys continuously learning about the construction business.
Kristie’s role includes office management, customer service, administrative accounting duties and vendor management. Her background includes administrative, scheduling and service coordination roles for the window, garage door, and single and multi-family housing sectors of the construction industry.
Kristie enjoys spending time at the cabin with her family, boating, four-wheeling, watching her kids’ sporting events, making crafts with her daughter, and playing video games with her son.
