We take great pride in establishing ourselves as one of the premier insulation and firestop contractors in Minnesota.  Homeco Insulation, Inc. is a family owned and operated business established in 1982 by Donna’s parents, Judy & Rick Anderson.  Together, with years of administrative and carpentry experience behind them, they decided to follow their dreams of owning their own business offering quality installation of insulation products.  Their success with Homeco demonstrated the need for a non-union insulation shop and, in 1986, R&J Insulation, Inc. was formed.  R&J serviced single and multi-family home builders.  Judy and Rick started with one employee, and since Donna and Greg took over in 1996 it has grown to twenty employees in office and field management, and field personnel.  The hard work and perseverance Judy and Rick started, continues with Donna and Greg today.
